- These Offers are being run by participating brands (“Brands”) on www.Tantukari.com, Tantukari Mobile App, Tantukari Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Tantukari Designs Private Limited (“Tantukari”).
- By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFERS

1. In addition to the terms and conditions decided by the respective Brands, the following T&Cs shall also be applicable.

Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Brands on the Tantukari platform and Tantukari shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfillment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards the Brand only.
12. This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Tantukari. Tantukari shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Brand shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Tantukari due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Brand shall indemnify Tantukari against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Tantukari a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Brand; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Tantukari in relation to this Offer.
13. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Tantukari harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Tantukari as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
14. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
15. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Brand.

2. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
3. 9. All Transactions shall be subject to the following:

  b.tTantukari Credit shall be available only on the following operating systems: Android, IOS, Tantukari Websites.
  
  c.tTransfer of funds from Your Tantukari Credit to another users Tantukari Credit shall not be permitted.
10. Your Tantukari Credit shall be valid and operational for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of activation/issuance to You, until suspended/ terminated by Tantukari in accordance with these User Terms, unless the validity of the Tantukari Credit is extended by Us at Our discretion.
11. The maximum permissible period of non-use of the Tantukari Credit (Permissible Dormant Period) shall be 1 (one) year either from the date of issuance or from the date of the last use of the Tantukari Credit, whichever is later. You agree that any outstanding balance in Your Tantukari Credit shall be forfeited at the time of expiry of the Tantukari Credit or at the time of suspension/termination of Your Tantukari Credit for any reason whatsoever. Information about the forfeiture of Your Tantukari Credit balance (due to the impending expiry of Your Tantukari Credit) shall be intimated to You at reasonable intervals, during the 45 (forty five) days period prior to the expiry of Your Tantukari Credit.
